Synopsis
As per most Korean dramas, this show revolves around the love lives of 4 people, aka "Love Rectangle"! Lee Se Na, only daughter of a wealthy businessman, met Han Seung Woo, a diplomat from humble background, through a matchmaking session. Se Na set on winning Seung Woo's love although Seung Woo did not reciprocate because he loves his childhood friend Yoon Su, who coincidentally was engaged to his colleague, Jin Hui.
This drama then shows the persistance of Se Na and how she managed to touch Seung Woo's heart and the revelation of Yoon Su's and Seung Woo's relationship.

My Take
I find the pairing of Jang Nara and Ryu Shi Won fantastic. They managed to bring out the characters superbly and the chemistry is amazing. The 2nd leads were good too. With a great plot and OST, overall, I think this is a must-watch show.

Synopsis
Seol Gong-chan is the grandson of the Chairman of a hotel and also the MD. He has been tasked to look for his long lost cousin (father's sister's daughter) by Chairman because Chairman is very sick and wanted to see this granddaughter before he dies. The Chairman is also remorseful for chasing his daughter and and granddaughter away. Joo Yoo Rin is a daughter of compulsive gambler but she works hard to support him nevertheless. It started when GC's secretary feels that YR looks very much like his Aunt, so suggested to get YR to act as the long-lost granddaughter. YR, although felt guilty to lie to a dying man, she accepted because GC did not report her to the police for trespassing his property in Cheju Island. GC's cousin, Seo Jung-woong met YR and was attracted to her because of her cheerful personality and pretty looks but that slowly developed into true love. However, YR found that she began to fall in love with GC, but GC still loves his ex-gf, Kim Seo-hyun. But GC came to be attracted to YR too. When SH learns of this, she exposes the facade to the Chairman....

My Take:
My colleague loves this Drama until she watched it upteen times. She loved it mainly for Lee Dong Wook. For me, I felt that the Drama is average. Initially, I quite like Lee Dong Wook, but still prefer Hyun Bin..haha

Synopsis
Seung wan and Se jin had a one night stand in Singapore and conceived Shin-bi. SJ gave birth and only returned when Shin-bi is about a few months old. SW's family came to know of the incident and forced them to get married. SW agreed out of responsibility and SJ agreed because she wanted to give her daughter a complete family. The story then revolves around their family life and showed how SW grew up to become a responsible man and how they grew to love each other, especially with their daughter's help, and despite minor disturbances from SW's ex-gf Lee Chae-young and SW's senior, Lee Ji Hoon (who likes SJ but still kept a distance because he respects their family unit).

Synopsis
The drama opens with the 30-year-old Kim Sam Soon that was jilted by her boyfriend on Christmas eve. She is a French Pastry Patisser, out of job and out of love. Out of coincidence, she met the owner of a restaurant called Bon Appettit, Hyun Jin Heon, who was desparately looking for a replacement of a patisser for his restaurant. JH interviewed and accepted her into the restaurant. In a twist of fate, JH and SS entered into a contractual BGR because JH wants to fend off his mother's persistent arrangement of matchmaking, and SS needs $ to redeem her house from debtors. SS began to fall in love with JH but unfortunately, the arrival of JH's ex-gf, Yoo Hee Jin and the relevance of her departure was due to Advance Gastric Cancer (I think so) caused JH to return to Hee Jin. However, JH realised that he actually loves SS, and the rest is history.
Character Analysis
Kim Sam Soon by Kim Sun Ah :
A 30-year-old chubby (I wouldn't use fat) lady, who is very clear-headed about her feelings. She frequently conducts funny conversations with herself. Her conversations with her dead father are pretty enlightening.
Hyun Jin Hyeon by Hyun Bin :
A 27-year-old handsome guy, who is pretty muddle-headed about his feelings. Although rich, he takes cab instead of drives because he once caused the death of his brother and sis-in-law, ans that has plagued him. He only started driving after he revealed his sadness to Sam Soon in Cheju Island.
Yoo Hee Jin by Jung Ryu Won :
She still loves Jin Hyeon despite 3 years in US for treatment. She left without a word and reason because JH just had the accident, and she did not want to give him further worries.
Dr Henry Kim by Daniel Henny :
He is the handsome Korean-US doctor of HJ, who loved her secretly. He only revealed his feelings towards end of the show

Additional comments
This is my favourite drama which I can watch over and over again without feeling tired of it. I even bought the VCDs. My favourite episodes are Ep 11 and 13. Because of this drama, I began to take note of Hyun Bin, especially the rumours that Hyun Bin and Kim Sun Ah are dating. Although I would like that to happen, personally I feel it is quite unlikely because the age gap is pretty big. (HB is 23 and KSA is 30)
